The fastest way to get burned out is by not listening to what your body needs, you need time to just enjoy life and live in the moment without focusing on work. Whether it’s spending quality time with family, savoring moments alone, enjoying a movie, or indulging in a little retail therapy, prioritize activities that make you feel alive and true to yourself.
